For the first time in Ceará, ABRHCE (Brazilian Association of Human Resources of Ceará) held the Human Being Award, an event that recognizes and highlights the best practices aimed at developing human capital at state level, selecting the first two places in each category to compete for the national award in October.

Cerbras was classified as a finalist in the 3 categories* in which it competed, winning 1st place in Development with the case Crescer Cerbras, which describes our policies for promotions, career paths and other related aspects.

*The 3 categories are: development, organizational excellence and ESG.
