For the 15th consecutive year, we were recognized as one of the Best Companies to Work for in Ceará by Great Place to Work, in the large companies category. A recognition can happen in a day. But, when it repeats itself for 15 consecutive years, the story begins long before the ceremony.

A story that comes from far away

In 2021, Cerbras entered the general national ranking for the first time, occupying the 62nd position. Four years later, in 2025, it reached 32nd position among the best industries to work in Brazil. And now, in 2026, the company celebrates another milestone.

The achievement was also celebrated closely by employees. GPTW Ceará 2026 took place at La Maison Buffet, in Fortaleza (CE). To encourage participation at this time, Cerbras drew seven tickets among interested collaborators and prepared exclusive t-shirts for the event.

What is behind the achievement?

The GPTW survey considers employees' perception of the work environment, evaluating different aspects of their experience in the company. At Cerbras, this achievement is related to a commitment that is part of its culture: “We value and respect people.”

In practice, it is the small and large moments of the routine that help to build this perception: the coexistence between teams, development opportunities and the way in which people participate in the company's history.

A story that continues.

This consecutive recognition is cause for celebration. But it's also a reminder that a culture isn't built all at once. It is formed over the years, in the choices, relationships and work of each person who is part of Cerbras.
